Gateway Health Management is
the Northern California case management provider for
Paradigm Management Services, providing technology
driven catastrophic injury and chronic pain
management to workers compensation insurance
carriers using a team approach.
Responsibilities:
From the onset of the
patient's injury through maximum recovery, you will
serve as a clinical liason to ensure efficient and
effective healthcare services, perform onsite
evaluations and attend MD appointments in Northern
California, and coordinate delivery of care to
ensure optimal results within budget guidelines.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a RN with
current California licensure, worker's compensations
case management experience, excellent organizational
and interpersonal skills, phone manners and self
discipline. Must be fluent in English and have a
valid California driver's license. Must be computer
literate and type 50+ WPM. Prefer CCM, CRRN, or CDMS
certificates. Bilingual in spanish a plus.
